PT Bank Commonwealth is looking for young, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated persons to fill the following positions of Information Technology for its expanding banking operation :

IT HELPDESK OFFICER (IT-HLP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily activity for helpdesk operations to register problem, generate daily reports, follow-up to other IT staff for problem resolutions
• To go through and to prepare set or recommendations to improve the existing processes, procedures and practices to improve and to manage confidentiality, integrity and availability of information
• Support day to day System and Technology operation in helpdesk, administrative and control for incoming and outgoing documents, follow-up action items to project team according to project plan

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hardware/Software engineering or Information Technology or Computer Science from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
• Having experience at least 1 - 2 years in the similar area
• Good knowledge of banking operations in general
• Good knowledge of Hardware Server and Work Station
• Good knowledge of Software (operating system, database engine and other related system application) and Network (LAN and WAN) in general
• Self starter and highly motivated person
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great team spirit
• PC literate and able to work well under tight deadline
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
• Willingness to work on shift basis
