Manager of Finance and Human Resources

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS :
1. Leading all business units HR department in performing HR functions and activities.
2. Fully Knowledge in HR Planning: recruitment & selections, training & development, leadership and career development, Performance management, succession planning and employee retention.
3. Good knowledge in Employee: providing professional advises to the management on HR related issues, establish sound policies & procedures, enforcing company ethics, company rules & regulations, process employee separations.
4. Excellent knowledge in Providing Government relations & affairs : HR related licenses & permits, Custom law as well as Labour law & regulations consultation, Indonesian Tax law, HR information system

Analyze financial statement and present to Director monthly :
1. Weekly and cash forecast
2. Financial statements for 2007 and 2008 submit to Deloitte and government
3. Understanding of VAT now
4. Using payroll system “Andal Paymaster” must know how to use ACCPAC Pro series
5. Control of petty cash
6. Review with auditing company the annual tax, return corporate income , tax , VAT , and other applicables taxes
7. Review monthly tax calculation for tax office
8. Control over headcount of company
9. Responsible for all financial data and HR of company

YOUR PROFILE
1.Graduate Min S1 Law, Management, Psychology coupled with further qualification CPHR
2.Minimum of 5 year’s as an HR & Finance Manager and management experience.
3. Fluent in English oral and written is a must.
4. High level of HR analysis skills
5. Previous experience in providing HR advice to a senior management team
6. Strategic planning and operations experience, Contract management experience
7. Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to negotiate at a senior level.
8. “Hands on” approach to the management of the HR function.
